If you’re just joining us, be sure to start at the beginning of the 31 Days to Your Goal series!
How many people start out on January 1st full of ideas and motivation for a “new life in a new year” only to crash and burn within weeks? Truthfully, almost all of them. The problem with counting on something random like that start of a new year to create a new you is that there’s not really any magical power in the new year to help you achieve those goals.

But goal setting? Goal setting is good! And so is creating an inspiration board to keep you motivated along the way.
Typically, inspiration boards consist of words, images and other bits and pieces that inspire you. But in this case, your inspiration board might be an actual board…or it might not. It could also be an outfit you’re going to buy when you hit your weight loss goal, inspirational books about other entrepreneurs, a quote that inspires you or whatever.
The idea is just to “keep your goal firmly in view” so that you don’t lose that burst of motivation that most of us get on January 1st!
What does your “inspiration board” look like?
